Coverage:

Includes preventive maintenance labor, repair labor, and materials, covering components, parts, and subcontractor costs if a covered component or part fails. Annual and quarterly inspections, full diagnostic checks, emergency 24/7 response, and all labor for repairs included.

Components & Parts Covered:

• Compressor, motor, contactor, relay, capacitor, transformer, control boards, defrost controls, heating elements, thermostats, thermistors, safety devices, lockouts, fan switches, fan wheels, fan blades, belts, and air filters.

• Essential valves (TXV, reversing valves, solenoid valves, etc.) located within the equipment.

• Any parts within the scope of the original equipment design, unless noted otherwise.

Components & Parts Not Covered:

• Any part not manufactured at the factory or installed outside the covered equipment.

• Exclusions include damages due to Acts of God, vandalism, power outages, and single-phasing from power brownouts.

• Does not cover piping, wiring beyond the covered equipment, and non-maintainable portions like cabinets or structural components.
