Labor and Components Covered:

• General maintenance checks, filter replacements, and inspection of basic components like motors, capacitors, and thermostats.

• No additional labor for part failures; all repair labor and parts are charged separately.

Exclusions:

• Any part not included in preventive maintenance is billable.

• Acts of God, vandalism, and external damage to equipment are not covered.

• Non-maintainable portions, like structural components, ductwork, and field-installed items, are outside the scope.
